1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pk lack ("pk lack", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk lack website at https://pk-lack.club and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, bonus programs, and payment processing features.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager on pk lack, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

pk lack reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of pk lack following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a material change is made, pk lack will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version (if provided for informational purposes), the English version shall prevail.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

pk lack is strictly an 18+ platform. Registration is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of account creation. By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement. pk lack operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain an active pk lack account:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal recreational use.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not under any form of self-exclusion agreement — whether through pk lack itself or any third-party responsible gambling program — at the time of registration or subsequent use.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of pk lack or any of its affiliated game providers, where such affiliation may create a conflict of interest.
• Your participation in online gambling does not violate any applicable laws or regulations of your local jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to using pk lack.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access betting markets and casino games on pk lack, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. pk lack will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pk lack immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. pk lack cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.

pk lack uses OTP-based two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from within their account settings panel. Accounts with 2FA enabled are significantly less vulnerable to unauthorised access.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts are prohibited.
• All registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party.
• pk lack reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify account details at any time.
• Account names, email addresses, and phone numbers cannot be transferred between individuals.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

pk lack supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All balances, transactions, bets, and winnings are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied by pk lack.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier. Full limit schedules are available within the account cashier section.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your pk lack wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to clear depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. pk lack is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during operating hours (09:00–23:00 BST). Withdrawals submitted outside operating hours will be processed on the next available business day. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification; where KYC documentation has not been submitted, withdrawals will be held pending verification.

• All funds must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• pk lack reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification.
• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, pk lack may freeze account funds pending a formal investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities.
• pk lack does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

pk lack periodically offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotional offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses issued by pk lack:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal can be requested. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 deposit bonus means ৳20,000 in total bets must be placed using the bonus funds before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.
• Game contribution: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10%–20%; slots typically contribute 100%; sports bets may contribute 50%–100% depending on the odds. Contribution rates for each game type are listed on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire within 30 days of being credited unless a different expiry period is stated. Expired bonus funds and any associated wagering progress are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in your pk lack wallet at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum stake per bet is ৳2,000 unless a higher limit is specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided at pk lack's discretion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are offered at pk lack's sole discretion. pk lack reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or refuse any bonus offer at any time, including after it has been credited, if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on pk lack, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal recreational purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You bear full responsibility for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk lack platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or making fraudulent chargeback claims against pk lack.
• Multi-accounting: Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one pk lack account per individual, including through the use of multiple devices, IP addresses, or payment methods.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market available on the platform.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI-assisted betting software, or any other automated tool to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical malfunctions, software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors in betting odds. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using pk lack as a vehicle to launder money, cycle funds through the casino to obscure their origin, or make deposits with no genuine intent to gamble. pk lack is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk lack staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

pk lack employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns, deposit behaviour, and login activity in real time. Players whose accounts trigger fraud alerts may have their accounts temporarily suspended pending investigation. pk lack's decisions regarding prohibited conduct are final.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

pk lack reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, account inactivity, or at the player's own request.

Voluntary closure: If you wish to close your pk lack account, you may submit a closure request to [email protected]. Prior to account closure, all pending withdrawals must be resolved and any active bonus balances will be forfeited. Once an account is closed at the player's request, it may not be reopened without a formal review by the pk lack compliance team.

Self-exclusion closure: Players who elect to self-exclude will have their accounts closed for the duration of their chosen exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the elected period. Self-exclusion periods available are: one week, one month, three months, six months, and permanent. Enforced closure: Where an account is closed by pk lack due to a breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent conduct, any balance held in the account may be forfeited pending the outcome of an investigation. pk lack will provide a written explanation of the closure within 14 business days of the account being closed, upon written request from the player.

Inactive accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. pk lack may apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month after this period. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before inactivity fees begin to accrue.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk lack, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliated game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk lack platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds as a result of gambling outcomes, whether in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, technical errors, or data transmission failures outside pk lack's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors including payment delays, failed transactions, or processing fees.
• Inaccuracies in live sports data feeds, odds displays, or game results caused by data provider errors.

pk lack does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. During unscheduled outages, pk lack will make all reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible but accepts no liability for losses incurred during such periods.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk lack's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
